These icons are taken from the latex2html "version 95" distribution (see
/home/www/latex2html). They are installed here to allow them to be served
locally (http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu.ezproxy.canberra.edu.au/icons/latex2html/) instead of from the
default location in the UK (http://cbl.leeds.ac.uk/nikos/figs/).

For some strange reason, NCSA httpd seems to satisfy incoming requests to
"/icons/..." out of "httpd/icons/...", not "httpd/htdocs/icons/..."  as one
might expect. To make "/icons/latex2html/..." work correctly, I had to add
a symlink from "httpd/icons/latex2html" to this directory.
